Since 1937 The Freeman Company has manufactured precision-turned and machined parts used in general, commercial and military aviation.

The Freeman Company has always been proactive in meeting increased customer requirements before they became customer mandates. Freeman first became NADCAP certified for NDT and then followed with becoming AS9100 certified in 2004.

Freeman employs a skilled and motivated workforce with an average of 20 years of experience and service.

The Loar Group acquired The Freeman Company in 2012 as part of a strategy to create a world-class aerospace company. As a Loar Group member Freeman has partner companies offering capabilities that complement ours. These capabilities include hydraulics and pneumatics, composite manufacturing, forming, plastic injection molding and 5-axis machining.
